This IS a petitionable offense in this case, only because BIG agreed to the terms that (posted by Oveur) "B) BIG does not profit from this in any way. I will audit them myself to ensure this"
They are profiting from this. They are able to sustain the extra amount of the lottery for an extended period of time that gives them plenty of opportunities to take their 10%. Hell, even if they took it two rounds from now, the pot would still be at least 1 Billion ISK. This is definately out of the question. I request a full refund of my money, if I do not receive it, I will file a petition for scamming.
A petition for scamming for something we could do but yet havent actually done ? clever...
Its entirely possible i could kill someone on my way to work tomorrow morning, if i wanted to i probably could, but you cant arrest me right now because that possibility exists ? why, well because right now im innocent.

Didn't they make a film about that? The one with Tom Cruise in... Minority Report... OMG! It's happening! The end of the world is nigh!
Good example, you remember what happen to the old guy at the end that think he did the best thing for is corp? He die and the corp go in pieces... you might wish to watch it again before the next draw...
Trust is very hard to build, very fast to lose, and it's done... (yes now my Jove part will rot in my hangar because I'm too small to do anything about it now...)
Maybe you HAD to change the rule in the middle, but without a better reason than (don't you realise you have more chance now?!? but yes you have more ticket to buy to get all those less than tiny chances) it's getting flat, and I don't care about a thread that asked to not give more than 1 bil to a single players because I was NOT there, you cannot change the rules for the peoples that did'nt agree (please don't compare ccp game balancing with theses simple lottery rules), and yes, it's a pyramide scheme now... and like all theses schemes, it will not last long.
Sad a member of your corp some day before the drawing when the pot was very high responded: "we never changed the rules in a draw, that will not change this time, but next time the rules might include a cap on reward... but it's not the habbit of BIG to change rules in the middle of a draw (I would so much like to remember the name and were I got that...) Because I buyed my tickets right after...
? did you heard that?.... It's the wind of change...
